Rates are posted in Canadian dollars and billed monthly. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice. You may cancel before the next charge by writing to [email protected]. The current month runs to its end unless the desk has to withdraw the seat.

A two-week trial of the Morning Briefing carries no automatic charge. A paid seat starts only after you ask us to keep it. Forty seats is a hard cap across every plan. A place on the waiting list waits until a seat opens.

A Reader seat is for personal reading. You may share a single item when a colleague needs the source. Regular forwarding or a shared inbox belongs on a Team board.

A Team board covers the named seats on that board and an internal archive for those people. Publishing a letter, or a substantial part of it, outside that group needs written agreement from the desk.

The wording of the letter, the web copy, the archive files and this site belong to Digitalnewshub. Primary documents we link to remain with their issuers. A seat is a licence to read. It is not a licence to republish the desk’s sentences as your own.

The briefing and the notes on this site are written for information. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the primary document. We correct errors as set out on the Method page. Digitalnewshub is not liable for decisions a reader makes after reading a letter, including any delay, outage or missed item.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Courts in Nova Scotia have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled by writing to the desk first.
